Re: New to site

You have chosen a great place to find support of the low carb food plan. There are people in all stages of the program and some of us are like you, lost it, gained some back and trying to restart and relose what we had lost...we just need to quit finding it again.

Visit the main menu, post often and let us get to know you better. Good luck on your weight loss journey, we will be here for you during your ups and downs.

Re: New to site

Welcome to the board. A lot of us have done Atkins in the past and are back to drop lbs that have snuck back on as well.

Re: New to site

It is going great!! Down 8lbs in just over two weeks so I will take it! Thanks for asking, life has been very busy lately so it has been hard to get online to see how everyone is doing. Cravings are gone so I think I can do this now. Hope everyone is doing great!!!

Re: New to site

THAT is wonderful news! 8 pounds in two weeks is a GREAT start! Some folks stay on Induction longer, some move on. What did you choose?

If you get a quick minute, just post on the daily thread...there is almost always one, and that is where we all go first to "catch up."

Keep it up!

Toni
